about

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I was trained at UCSF's Department of Psychiatry in psychodynamic psychotherapy, doing parent-child work in San Francisco. I now serve individuals and couples throughout California.

Over the past year, I have been doing research at the intersection of human connection and ai, and facilitating conversations about how to stay grounded in our humanity and in our relationships in this rapidly advancing digital age.

I have spent the past 10 years working as a clinician, consultant, facilitator and university professor. I am passionate about the healing power of community and belonging, creative expression, and play.

I am part of the AI Mental Health Collective and am striving to consistently share wisdom I gain from the incredible clinicians in this circle.

we're living through a make-or-break moment for human connection.

Let's explore the big questions together: How is ai, technology, and social media changing us? How do we stay connected in an isolating digital world?
